Founded by Turkish-born chef and food creative Bilur Yapici, known as Bibi, and her partner Tansel, Bibi's Lunch Spot was born from their desire to bring fresh, healthy food options to the busy professionals of London. After moving to the UK in 2016, they were inspired to offer not just a taste of Turkey, but salads infused with flavors from around the world. Since opening the first branch in 2019, Bibi’s has grown to six locations across London. Specializing in freshly prepared, vibrant salads, the menu features dishes like Midyat bulgur with spices and veggies, homemade hummus, roasted chicken with a honey and Cajun glaze, and spicy meatballs with tomato sauce. Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or staying a while, Bibi's offers the perfect healthy fuel to power your day.
